FastStart Coaching™ ($200)

FastStart Coaching is a series of two 60-minute online meetings conducted by a Buildium expert. These one-on-one sessions will help you get your account set up and teach you how to use Buildium. Your coach will use your data and answer your questions. In each session you will typically learn to:

Session 1 – Getting Started

• Enter account settings
• Add bank accounts
• Add properties and owners
• Move in residents

Session 2 – Working with Buildium

• Enter starting balances
• Receive rent and other payments
• Record deposits
• Pay vendors and owners

FastStart Coaching plus Data Import ($450)

Getting your data from your old property management software into a new one can be time-consuming to say the least, so why not let us import it for you?

With our FastStart Coaching plus Data Import service, we can load your properties, owners, residents, and vendors from Excel or any text file.

Additional Coaching ($125/per hour)
